Qualifications

• Experience in sales within the hatching eggs industry.
• Experience developing and managing regional markets, including the Middle East region (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE).
• Proven ability to expand market share and build commercial relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in target markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hatching eggs and hatchery sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hatcheries, and commercial poultry producers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding the regional client base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional demand to support business development initiatives.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient supply and delivery to regional customers.
• Represent the company in industry events, trade visits, and regional business meetings.
