Job summary

Insight 360 Consultants L.L.C-FZ seeks an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to generate new business opportunities and meet monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 2-5 years of experience in HVAC sales.

Responsibilities include promoting HVAC Annual Maintenance Contracts, preparing technical quotations, and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of HVAC sales experience, preferably in Oman or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance services and AMC contracts.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial quotations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
• Promote and sell HVAC Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Identify and secure new clients across commercial, residential and industrial sectors
• Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations primarily for AMC contracts and small HVAC projects
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate with clients to successfully close sales
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of awarded jobs
• Maintain records of leads, quotations, sales activities and customer interactions
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of HVAC sales experience, preferably in Oman or the GCC
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance services and AMC contracts
• Experience preparing technical and commercial quotations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Valid Omani driving license is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
