Job summary

Dkhoon Emirates seeks a Finance Supervisor to oversee daily accounting and finance operations in Oman. You will ensure accurate reporting, timely payments, and effective cash-flow management for multi-branch activity.

You will supervise AP/AR, GL, VAT compliance, and coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain strong controls. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with 5–8 years’ experience is required; retail/FMCG exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5–8 years in accounting/finance, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in retail/FMCG or multi-branch ops is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, taxation, and Oman financial controls.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting, AP/AR, and general ledger activities.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, payments, and petty cash.
• Review supplier invoices, requests, expense claims, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and budget variance analysis.
• Ensure Oman VAT compliance, corporate tax regulations, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and internal controls.
• Lead and guide the finance team to timely task completion.
