Job summary

Bank Muscat is seeking a sales-forward Branch Professional to drive the sales and servicing of retail banking products within the branch environment. You will manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide excellent service in a dynamic branch setting.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive sales mindset, and knowledge of banking systems. Omani national candidates are preferred as stated in the job description.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales orientation and customer service skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and tactful approach.
• Knowledge of Banking systems and PC operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and service relationships with new customers in branch environment.
• Meet sales targets for retail products and services by selling to customers within the branch.
• Cross-sell e-Banking, credit cards, investment schemes, and other products per objectives.
• Handle outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to secure new business.
• Support recovery efforts for delinquent accounts and contribute to NPA recovery.
