Job summary

UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company - Oman, muscat is seeking an experienced Restaurant Captain to oversee daily service, lead shifts and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in hotels, restaurants or the hospitality industry, with strong communication and people skills.

You will coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery, uphold hygiene standards, and support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience as Restaurant Captain, F&B Captain, Restaurant Supervisor or similar roles are preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service and guest-handling skills.

Ability to manage and supervise a team.

Knowledge of restaurant service procedures and standards.

Candidates willing to work in Oman.

Immediate joiners/candidates available for immediate departure are preferred.
