Job summary

SynerData in Khasab, Oman, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all operations—from front-of-house to back-of-house—and to drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will create schedules, manage inventory and supplies, and lead a team with strong communication and leadership. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus; a hospitality degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our establishment in Khasab Oman The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing a restaurant and be able to oversee all operations from front-of-house to back-of-house As the manager you will be responsible for creating schedules managing inventory and supplies and ensuring customer satisfaction You should have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to handle any customer complaints or issues Knowledge of Omani cuisine and culture is preferred but not required This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in the food and beverage industry

Salary $1700 per month including accommodation
