Work corp in Khasab, Oman, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our busy restaurant. You will manage staff, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain a clean, efficient workplace.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership, and knowledge of food safety. Visa eligibility is required for employment. The position offers a competitive salary of 1,000 USD per month.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have own visa for employment eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and host/hostess
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
• Schedule shifts and manage payroll for all employees
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure food safety standards are being followed at all times
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests by ensuring the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
