Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS).
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Prior experience working in Oman or the Middle East is preferred.
