Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotels, restaurants or the hospitality industry.
• Experience as Restaurant Captain, F&B Captain, Restaurant Supervisor or similar preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise a team.
• Knowledge of restaurant service procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant service operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and coordinate restaurant service staff during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.
• Handle guest queries, requests and service-related complaints professionally.
