Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Oman is seeking a Captain to assist the Outlet Supervisor and help ensure smooth operation of the restaurant within our luxury property.

You will deliver exceptional service to guests, promote the restaurant and hotel facilities, and look for opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have luxury-hotel experience, strong communication and English skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Additional language is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• As a Captain, you will assist the Outlet Supervisor in ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Your responsibilities will include but not limited to providing exceptional service to our guests and visitors.
• You will promote the restaurant and other hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest experience.
