Job summary

Unknown in Oman is seeking an experienced Restaurant Captain to lead restaurant operations and supervise service staff. The role requires strong knowledge of restaurant procedures and guest service practices.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in hotels, restaurants, or the hospitality industry, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotels, restaurants or the hospitality industry.
• Experience as Restaurant Captain, F&B Captain, Restaurant Supervisor or similar preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise a team.
• Knowledge of restaurant service procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities
