Job summary

QuantumIT Solutions in Salalah is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance and guest satisfaction, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food and beverages.

You will lead staff scheduling and training, manage budgets, and collaborate with the kitchen team on seasonal menus, while maintaining health and safety compliance and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of F&B industry trends.
• Experience managing budgets and financials.
• Experience training and developing staff.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Salalah Oman As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including daily operations financial performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers to ensure a positive dining experience and encourage repeat business
• Work closely with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus and specials
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively

Salary $1200 per month
