Abroad Work in Muscat, Oman is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and knowledge of food safety. You will manage staff, control inventory and costs, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Manager or similar in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service with a focus on dining experience.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
