Job summary

Durucooperation in Oman, Muscat, seeks a Resort Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the resort/camp, ensuring guest satisfaction, financial targets, and adherence to company standards. You will lead department heads, manage resources, monitor budgets and forecasts, and drive service excellence across all guest touchpoints while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

You will supervise pre-season setup, staffing, procurement, and staff development to foster a high-performance team

Qualifications

Proven experience in resort/hotel/hospitality/camp operations management.
Experience managing multiple departments and supervising department heads.
Experience budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all resort/camp departments and address challenges promptly.
Lead and coordinate department heads to ensure smooth property operations.
Plan and supervise pre-season setup, inventories, rosters, uniforms, and supplier arrangements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, cost control, and profitability to achieve targets.
Monitor expenses while maximizing revenue and profitability.
Oversee capital expenditure, maintenance, and procurement activities.
Develop and implement regional marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
Monitor market trends and opportunities for growth.
Build relationships with guests, clients, suppliers, and partners.
Handle guest complaints and ensure service recovery.
Conduct regular property inspections for cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
