Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead to steer multi-channel growth across PPC and affiliate marketing in a fully remote setup. You will mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers, own budgets, and optimize campaigns using advanced analytics to improve attribution and profitability.

The role demands hands-on execution, strategic leadership, and constant experimentation to deliver measurable business impact with a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Hands-on PPC management and affiliate management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a growth or traffic team.
• Strong budget management and data-driven investment decisions.
• Experience with multi‑channel growth and partner negotiations.
• Experience with tracking and analytics platforms and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop PPC and Affiliate Managers with clear KPIs.
• Oversee paid acquisition and affiliate campaigns, optimizing for ROAS and CPA.
• Develop and own acquisition strategy and budget allocation.
• Evaluate traffic sources, test new channels, and drive scalable growth.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across platforms.
• Communicate results and risks to stakeholders with transparency.
