Jobgether is seeking an E-mail Marketing (Klaviyo) / CRM Account Manager for remote work. You will own email campaigns, flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo, while coordinating with designers and expanding to WhatsApp and print mailings. Strong copywriting and German fluency are essential to drive conversions and client success.

The role focuses on autonomous management of campaigns, data-informed optimization, and long-term professional growth within a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on Klaviyo experience.
• Experience independently building and managing campaigns, flows and pop-ups.
• Copywriting experience that drives conversions.
• Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects with clear timelines and on-schedule delivery.
• Coordinate with design team; brief and align creatives with campaign goals.

• Build and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo.
• Support marketing activities across channels (WhatsApp, print mailings).
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Maintain structured project management processes and clear communication.
• Own campaign execution and identify opportunities to improve performance.
