Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to troubleshoot complex issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment. This remote role supports enterprise clients, using SQL to investigate production issues and coordinate with engineering teams.

You will work with Microsoft technologies like Azure, SQL Server, .NET, and Angular, and you’ll contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and improved support workflows while growing toward senior roles.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of technical support experience in a SaaS or software environment.
• Proven ability to write SQL queries and troubleshoot production data.
• Experience supporting production web-based applications with high availability.
• Ability to troubleshoot across databases, applications, and networks.
• Experience accessing remote environments via RDP.
• Strong English communication; able to explain complex issues clearly.
