Job summary

Brunel Oil and Gas Services WLL Qatar Muscat is seeking a Sales Manager - Chemical EOR and Polymer Flooding to develop and execute regional sales strategies for HPAM/PAM and oilfield surface facilities across Oman and the GCC.

You will own annual targets, lead the sales team, manage techno-commercial proposals, tenders and contracts, and coordinate with technical and supply chain teams to deliver projects while engaging PDO and other operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry or related
• Minimum 8 years of sales, business development or technical support in oilfield chemicals and/or oilfield surface equipment
• 2-3 years of experience in sales management or team leadership
• Strong understanding of Chemical EOR, polymer flooding and related applications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for polyacrylamide products (HPAM/PAM) and oilfield surface facilities across Oman and the wider GCC
• Own and achieve annual sales, revenue and profit margin targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with PDO and other oil & gas operators, EPC contractors and service companies
• Lead key account management and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Manage techno-commercial proposals, tenders, prequalification and contract negotiations
• Maintain registrations and prequalification on operator portals, ensuring ICV and local content compliance
• Lead, manage and develop the sales team, including target setting and coaching
• Coordinate with technical, operations and supply chain teams for product delivery and after-sales support
• Represent the company in client meetings, technical presentations and industry events
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities across Oman and GCC
