Responsibilities

Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced QuantitySurveyor to join our team for a factory construction project in Duqm, Oman. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial andcost-related aspects of the project, including quantity take-offs, costcontrol, subcontract administration, progress valuations, and contractmanagement. The role requires close coordination with the project management,engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure the project isdelivered within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience inOman or GCC countries is preferred.
• Strong knowledgeof quantity surveying principles, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience withFIDIC contracts is highly desirable.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and commercial management software.
• Ability tointerpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Stronganalytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent inEnglish. Chinese is an advantage
