Job summary

SEVEN is seeking a QHSSE Manager to oversee Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security across the complex and attractions. You will deliver audits, training, incident management, and coordinate with authorities to ensure a safe, compliant environment for guests and staff.

Lead the QHSSE team, manage budgeting, resource allocation, and develop robust policies. This role requires 7–10 years in QHSE/security with leadership experience and ISO audit familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety Management or Security Management or related field preferred.
• Professional training in security operations and incident management.
• Experience with QHSSE standards and incident investigation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QHSSE strategy across the complex and attractions.
• Lead security operations and manage third-party security providers.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident management reporting.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services.
• Develop training programs for SEVEN employees on QHSSE protocols.
• Monitor audits and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
