Job summary

Unknown company seeks an experienced HSE Site Lead to act as the on-site authority for Health, Safety, Security and Environment. You will lead the implementation of the HSSE strategy at the site, promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across all operations.

You will conduct HSSE assessments, lead incident investigations, coordinate training, and manage emergency planning and response efforts, with a focus on continuous improvement and zero-tolerance for unsafe practices.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or HSE required.
• Registered HSE Practitioner (Associate) in Saudi Arabia is required.
• Minimum 8-10 years in chemical or petrochemical operations.
• 3-5 years of site-based HSE leadership experience.
• Certified trainer certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of HSSE strategy and systems at the site.
• Ensure HSSE policies are implemented and compliance maintained.
• Lead audits, inspections, and assurance programs.
• Coordinate employee safety committees and training calendars.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop emergency planning and response.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on HSSE initiatives.
