Job summary

Experience is seeking a seasoned QHSE leader to develop, implement, and maintain integrated management systems across sites in Oman. You will drive risk assessments, investigations, and regulatory compliance while aligning safety, quality, and environmental performance with corporate goals.

You will train and mentor teams, conduct internal audits, and report on KPIs, fostering a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or equivalent are preferred
• 7–10 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization s QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international QHSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and safety frameworks across operational sites. Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits to proactively manage operational risks. Oversee incident investigations and root cause analyses, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively. Establish and monitor key safety, quality, and environmental performance metrics across the organization. Lead internal and external audits related to quality management, safety compliance, and environmental standards. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness of QHSE policies and safe work practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational safety, product quality, and environmental sustainability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management Proven experience in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance audits Experience in developing QHSE policies, procedures, and training programs
