Job summary

OQEP is seeking a Specialist HSE - IMS to develop, govern, and continually improve the HSE Integrated Management System across assets and corporate functions. You will drive audits, documentation control, and management reviews while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

The role requires a strong knowledge of HSE management systems, extensive documentation expertise, and strong English proficiency; NEBOSH and Lead Auditor credentials are advantageous, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and safety science.
• NEBOSH IGC would be a plus.
• Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 & 50001 would be a plus.
• Excellent English (required); Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the HSE IMS to ensure ISO and legal compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and certification.
• Lead the annual internal and external audit programme and report findings.
• Maintain and improve HSE IMS documentation and records.
• Support management reviews and performance reporting.
