Job summary

Pure planet is seeking a Host to deliver outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure in a premium café setting. You will welcome guests, manage seating flow, coordinate with service teams, and handle inquiries to ensure a warm, professional atmosphere aligned with brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in guest-facing hospitality, strong communication, and a polished appearance. The role requires flexibility for weekends and rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, tourism, business or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years in specialty coffee shops, premium cafés, restaurants, hotels or luxury hospitality environments preferred.
• Guest-facing hospitality experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally to create a strong first impression.
• Manage seating flow and table availability with service teams.
• Explain café concepts, promotions and menu highlights; recommend products.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with calm professionalism.
• Coordinate reservations and special arrangements; record guest preferences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, servers, baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain brand presentation, standards, and premium hospitality throughout the visit.
