Qualifications

• Previous experience in cafeteria or food service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Physically able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cafeteria service areas before, during, and after meals.
• Assist with setup and replenishment of stations.
• Ensure items are available and properly arranged.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and stations.
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
• Support waste segregation and proper disposal.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments as needed.
