Job summary

gu-recruitment is seeking a Hostess to greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and coordinate seating in a 4- or 5-star environment in Muscat.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality-related diploma, has 2+ years of experience, strong English, and flexible availability for shifts, weekends, and overtime. GCC experience is preferred and immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess in hospitality settings.
• GCC experience preferred and immediate availability optional.
• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotels or upscale restaurants is an advantage.
• Strong customer service background with good English communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.

The Hostess works closely with the restaurant team to provide excellent customer service, maintain an organized reception area, and ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience.

Requirements
