Rotana Hotels is seeking a dynamic Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests and deliver efficient service. You will guide guests to tables, answer calls, and coordinate reservations while maintaining cleanliness and a high standard of hospitality.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge of menus and promotions to drive guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver warm, professional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to handle reservations and manage seating according to floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Welcome guests to the outlet, guide them to tables and be available as a contact point.
• Take outlet reservations, manage the reservation book and answer calls impeccably.
• Set up the outlet before service with the team.
• Coordinate with service team for reservations and blocked tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and entrance area.
• Ensure guest well-being through discreet, attentive service.
• Know menus and promotions to recommend upon request.
• Assist in building and maintaining the outlet's database.
• Ensure guest satisfaction at departure.
