This fast-paced French Polynesian outlet values warmth and elegance, offering an inviting atmosphere where guests relax and enjoy exotic cocktails and international menus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed appearance with a confident and welcoming presence.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

This fast-paced, French Polynesian outlet is celebrated for its sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere - a perfect space for guests to relax, connect, and enjoy exotic cocktails and international menu has become a favourite destination with locations around the globe.

In this role, you will create exceptional first and last impressions by greeting guests warmly, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring a seamless flow of service in alignment with InterContinental brand standards.

Your Day to Day

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine luxury attitude
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments accurately and efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in line with service standards
• Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with confidence and courtesy
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with empathy and solution-focused service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards at the host desk and restaurant entrance
• Uphold InterContinental brand values, grooming standards, and service culture at all times
