• Assist in developing and finalizing operational dashboards.
• Process and follow up on customs broker invoices and payments.
• Assist with licensing matters, including renewals.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows.

Job Purpose

Support logistics and import operations by maintaining accurate records, ensuring documentation compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to enable smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records, including costs, shipment volumes, weights, containers, delays, and other operational data.
• Follow up on import data organization and submission, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements and commitments.
• Support the development and finalization of operational dashboards.
• Process and follow up on customs broker invoices and their payment status.
• Assist with licensing matters, including follow-ups and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Language: Strong written and spoken English.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
