The role focuses on maintaining accurate logistics records, organizing import data, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to enable efficient operations. Training will cover dashboards, licensing, and invoicing processes within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Tamheer eligibility required.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain logistics records: costs, shipment volumes, weights, containers, delays, and other data.
• Follow up on import data organization and submission, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Assist in developing and finalizing operational dashboards.
• Process and follow up on customs broker invoices and payments.
• Assist with licensing matters, including renewals.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows.
