Job summary

Napco National Company seeks a trainee to participate in the Tamheer Program aimed at Saudi nationals. The role focuses on building foundational soft-skills, including communication, time management, and customer service basics, through structured sessions and hands-on practice.

You will co-deliver short training sessions, prepare simple materials, support the Learning Management System, and assist with L&D administrative tasks while coordinating with external providers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Undergo train-the-trainer preparation to build the skills needed to deliver introductory soft-skills training sessions to employees (e.g., communication, time management, customer service basics).
• Co-deliver and, progressively, independently deliver short soft-skills sessions to employee groups, under the guidance of the NLI Manager.
• Prepare and adapt simple training materials, activities, and handouts for assigned soft-skills topics.
• Provide light support on the Learning Management System as needed (e.g., session scheduling, attendance tracking).
• Support coordination with external training providers on an as-needed basis: following up on requests, scheduling, and attending meetings.
• Gather participant feedback after sessions and share summaries with the NLI Manager.
• Assist with general L&D administrative tasks as required.
