Job summary

Wall Street English in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Meetup Manager to oversee daily operations of the Meetup space, classrooms, pods, and coffee kiosk. You will ensure the space is professional, active, and ready to serve clients, learners, and partners.

Reporting to the General Manager, the role focuses on maximizing usage and revenue by managing bookings, coordinating the team, and maintaining high service standards across staff, suppliers, and management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a shared workspace or similar service-based environment.
• Experience in bookings, space utilization, client coordination, coffee kiosk/front-of-house operations, and daily operations workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Meetup space including classrooms, meeting rooms, pods, shared facilities, rental bookings, and the coffee kiosk.
• Maximize space usage and revenue through bookings and pod/classroom rentals; oversee coffee kiosk operations.
• Coordinate team and ensure excellent service for clients, learners, trainers, corporate partners and walk-in visitors.
• Maintain clean, professional space presentation and smooth operational workflows.

As Meetup Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Meetup space, including classrooms, meeting rooms, pods, shared facilities, rental bookings, and the coffee kiosk. You will ensure that the full space is professionally presented, commercially active, well organized, fully operational, and ready to serve clients, learners, trainers, corporate partners, and walk-in visitors.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, your main responsibility is to maximize the usage and revenue of the space by managing bookings, supporting pod and classroom rentals, overseeing the coffee kiosk operation, coordinating the team, maintaining excellent service standards, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, staff, suppliers, and management.

Requirements

• · Previous experience managing a shared workspace, training center, educational facility, hospitality venue, or similar service-based environment.
• · Experience in managing bookings, space utilization, client coordination, coffee kiosk/front-of-house operations, and daily operations workflows.
• · Strong spoken Arabic is required, with good English communication skills preferred.
• · Ability to manage a team, coordinate daily duties, and deal confidently with clients, workers, suppliers, and service providers.
• · Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email communication, and basic reporting tools.
• · Professional appearance, service-oriented attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.

Nice to Have

• · Experience in sales, leasing, coworking spaces, training centers, education services, or hospitality operations.
• · Understanding of classroom, meeting room, pod rental, coworking, and coffee kiosk service models.
• · Ability to build long-term relationships with individual clients, trainers, companies, and repeat customers.
• · Driving license and familiarity with the local market in Oman are an advantage.
• · Monthly salary of 600 OMR plus commissions based on approved performance and rental revenue targets.
