Job summary

WazayifPlatform in Muscat, Oman, seeks a hands-on Manager to oversee daily operations, learner experience, tutor coordination, partner relationships, and service quality of the online education platform.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will build an organized, scalable operating model and collaborate with tutors, academic partners, support, sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a high-quality bilingual learning experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Arabic and English required.
• Minimum three years of online education/EdTech operations experience.
• Experience managing online classes, tutors, and schedules.
• Strong understanding of LMS or online learning platforms and CRM tools.
• Proven ability to track performance data and improve service quality.

Responsibilities
