Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-7 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in plant finance and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or process industry.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, Project Accounting and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Exposure to financial modelling, financial analysis and cash flow projections.

Responsibilities

• Plant Finance & Accounting: Manage GL, journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements and variance analysis.
• Project Accounting: Track CAPEX, CWIP, fixed assets and project costs versus budgets.
• Financial Analysis & Modelling: Support cash flow projections and profitability analysis.
• Cost Control: Analyze cost variances and identify optimization opportunities.
• Cash Flow Management: Assist in cash flow planning and working capital monitoring.
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with standards.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with plant ops, projects and corporate finance.
