Job summary

Manpower Resources India is seeking an Assistant Manager Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts for our Oman operations. The role focuses on managing plant finance, accounting activities, budgeting, and MIS reporting to support informed business decisions.

The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 2–7 years of post-qualification experience, with hands-on budgeting, MIS reporting, project accounting, and SAP exposure to drive financial modelling and cash flow projections.

Qualifications

• CA qualification with 2-7 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in plant finance and accounting in manufacturing or process industries.
• Hands-on budgeting MIS reporting, project accounting and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of SAP and exposure to financial modelling and cash flow projections.

Responsibilities

• Plant finance and accounting including GL, journal entries, reconciliations, provisions and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Monitor project accounting, CAPEX, CWIP, assets, and costs against budgets.
• Support financial modelling, cash flow projections, and profitability analysis.
• Control operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Assist cash flow planning, working capital monitoring and forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for compliance.
• Collaborate with plant operations, project teams, and corporate finance for accurate reporting.
