Planning Manager (10-15yrs Experience)

Education: BE/BTech (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical)

Location: Oman

The candidates must have proven experience working in large scale projects He will liaise with the International team and liaise with PMC/Client based out of Oman, Job Location: Oman Joining; Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Build master project schedules (using tools like Primavera PMP or MS Project) covering wind resource assessment, micro-siting, land acquisition, and permitting.
• Logistics & Infrastructure Planning: Coordinate heavy transport logistics for massive components (tower sections, blades, nacelles) and heavy-lift crane availability.
• Civil & Electrical Integration: Plan foundational works (raft, pile, or rock anchor) alongside electrical balance-of-plant (substations, internal cabling, and grid connection).
• Progress Monitoring & Control: Track critical paths, measure actual vs. planned progress, and manage budget tracking, contractor billing, and cost control.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Identify bottlenecks (such as weather delays or regulatory hurdles) and ensure safety and environmental compliance on-site.

Core Competencies Required

• Engineering degree (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent project management credentials (PMP).
• 10to 15+ years of infrastructure or renewable energy experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) erection methodologies and supply chain ecosystems.
