Hassan Allam Holding is seeking an experienced project manager in Muscat. Candidates should have a BSC in Engineering (preferred in Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture) and 7 to 12 years of experience in related fields. Applicants must possess a good command of English, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6 EPPM.

The role involves comprehending and monitoring project critical paths, preparing detailed schedules, and communicating risks and delays effectively. Only applicants with Oman residency will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Comprehend project critical paths and review with management.
• Perform baseline schedule and manage project resources.
• Monitor project progress for compliance with schedule.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Review close-out reports in coordination with the project team.
• Prepare schedule narratives and attend progress meetings.
• Communicate project risks and prepare delay analyses.

Job duties

• Comprehend Project Critical Paths review it with operation, Procurement and management.
• Perform the base line schedule and the assigned project resources in details for newly awarded projects including consistency of schedule, and matching company’s dictionaries.
• Monitor the project progress to verify that the updated schedule complies with the approved base line schedule and highlight critical issues and provide analysis to management staff.
• Prepare weekly, and monthly progress reports about the projects and provide input to management staff.
• Prepare and review close out report in coordination with the project team to be a reference for the company for the newly awarded projects.
• Perform remedy plan to complete the project schedule to ensure that critical issues and assumptions are covered.
• Prepare the Schedule Narrative.
• Attend Weekly progress meeting with the client when required.
• Attend internal weekly progress meeting with site team.
• Communicate with Project management Project risks, issues and mitigations required.
• Prepare with all site team delay analysis for extension of time claims, recovery and revised schedules.
• Acquire Departments approval signatures for the proposed schedules if required.
• Handle related special assignments if required.
