Job summary

Droob of Continent Trading L.L.C. in Muscat seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and drive a high-performance, people-focused culture across our furniture and retail business.

You will align HR strategy with business goals, oversee recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and policies, ensure Oman Labour Law compliance, lead the HR team, and report insights to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Droob of Continent Trading L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and contribute to building a high-performance, people-focused culture within our growing furniture and retail business in the Sultanate of Oman.

The HR Manager will play a key leadership role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, strengthening organizational capabilities, developing talent, and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Oversee performance management, learning & development, compensation and benefits.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Omani Labour Law and applicable regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team.
• Provide HR insights, reports, and recommendations to executive management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in retail, furniture, FMCG, or a similar business environment is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
