You will coordinate with vendors, ensure PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 compliance, and mentor teams leveraging Postilion Switch expertise. The role requires 12+ years in application support with 6+ years in payment systems and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of payment regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for payment system incidents and lead root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT operations and business units for system upgrades.
• Oversee audit, compliance and controls including PCI-DSS / ISO 27001.
• Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement in payment systems.
