Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking an experienced Cards Migration PMO professional to support a major cards migration and transformation programme within a leading banking and financial services organisation in Oman. The role requires 8+ years in cards/payments and strong PMO governance.

You will coordinate across business, IT, vendors, testing and operations, manage RAID logs, dependencies and actions, and prepare status reports and management presentations to drive successful go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cards, payments, banking or financial services.
• Strong PMO / programme management experience.
• Experience supporting large scale cards migration or transformation programmes.
• Good understanding of card management systems and issuer processing.
• Experience with migration, testing, reconciliation and cutover activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end to end cards migration programme planning and execution.
• Manage PMO governance, programme plans, RAID logs, dependencies and actions.
• Coordinate across business, IT, vendors, testing and operations teams.
• Track data migration, testing, reconciliation, cutoff and go live activities.
• Prepare programme status reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Support cutover readiness, go/no go activities and post go live stabilization.
