Job summary

PayTech Group invites an experienced Tech Lead for Payment Systems- Compliance to join our IT- Digital Transformation team in Muscat. You will oversee compliance mandates, drive integration across Issuing & Acquiring platforms, and coordinate with Card Business and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of payment schemes, PA-DSS standards, and hands-on Oracle PL/SQL experience, with focus on regulatory compliance and system governance in a GCC

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT required.
Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in payment systems, especially compliance and issuing/acquiring solutions.
Experience with domestic card schemes in GCC markets.

Responsibilities

Act as Technical lead for Payment Compliance and POS mandates.
Coordinate with Card Business and stakeholders to align mandates with client requirements.
Drive end-to-end integration strategy across Issuing & Acquiring systems and third-party integrations.
Provide architectural governance and ensure PA-DSS compliant, secure solutions.
Analyze impact of changes on Payment Scheme applications and ensure scalable designs.
Manage deployment readiness, testing, and production go-live activities.
