Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Muscat is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our high-end pastry shop. You will create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods while maintaining quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen, excellent attention to detail, leadership abilities to train junior staff, and a passion for innovative, visually appealing desserts. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and attention to detail in dessert design.
• Strong leadership to train junior staff.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

We are a high-end pastry shop located in Muscat seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts pastries and baked goods The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a variety of desserts pastries and baked goods according to recipes or customer requests
• Ensure all products are consistently of high quality and presented in an attractive manner
• Develop new recipes and menu items to keep up with current trends in the pastry industry
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff members
• Follow all health and safety regulations while working with food products

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Salary

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month

Location

This job is located in Muscat but open to candidates of Indian nationality who are fluent in English
