Job summary

PrimeLedger Associates in Muscat, Oman is seeking a Pastry Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to create authentic, visually appealing desserts, pastries and sweets. You will develop innovative dessert recipes using Indian flavors and ingredients to delight guests. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee pastry production, manage inventory, train staff, ensure high quality and strict food safety standards in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
• Excellent knowledge of Indian spices, flavors and cooking techniques.
• Strong creativity in developing new dessert recipes.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement new dessert menus in line with our restaurant's concept and theme.

As a Pastry Chef specializing in Indian cuisine, you will be responsible for creating delicious, authentic and visually appealing desserts, pastries and sweets. You will use your expertise in Indian flavors and ingredients to develop unique and innovative dessert recipes that will delight our customers.

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
