Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes or guest requests.
• Create new and innovative pastry dishes that reflect the flavors of India.
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, and designs to enhance their appearance.
• Maintain inventory of all baking supplies and place orders when needed.
• Ensure all pastry items are presented in an attractive manner and are of high quality.
• Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes.
• Adhere to food safety standards at all times.
