Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of baking techniques including decorating techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of pastry items for service.
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and other kitchen staff.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dessert ideas.
• Excellent physical condition as this role requires standing for long periods of time.
