Job summary

Talabat seeks a results-oriented operations leader to own end-to-end performance across Local Shops. You will drive ground operations, optimize staffing and productivity, and ensure vendor compliance and assortment parity to deliver a superior shopping experience.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Logistics, Commercial, Campaigns, and Marketing to optimize workflows and readiness while building scalable processes and high-performing teams in a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
• Strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of ground Operations across Local Shops.
• Coordinate Vendor Performance and Store Operations to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Own shopper cost performance by optimizing staffing, scheduling, and productivity.
• Oversee end-to-end assortment governance including onboarding and parity.
• Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and fraud prevention to protect performance.
