Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Logistics, Supply Chain & Procurement lead to drive end-to-end operational performance for the Local Shops ecosystem. You will own vendor compliance, store fulfillment, assortment quality, and Shopper Cost (CPO) efficiency while leading ground operations and workforce optimization.

This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to align Logistics, Commercial, Campaigns, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of operations KPIs and ability to translate data into action.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risks.
• Capable of workforce planning and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel/ Sheets skills and dashboards experience.
• Organizational and proactive communication in high-growth settings.
