About the Role Bosch Lozano is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical inquiries for our client base. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between end-users and product engineering teams, ensuring high system reliability, minimal downtime, and superior client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve Tier 2/Tier 3 technical issues related to hardware, software, and integrated systems.
• Incident Management: Track customer tickets from initial report to resolution using designated ITSM tools, adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• System Diagnostics: Perform root cause analysis on recurring technical faults, review system logs, and run diagnostic scripts to identify underlying defects.
• Escalation & Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Development and Engineering teams to escal… bug reports, test patch releases, and verify bug fixes.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Technical Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Application Support role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Windows operating systems, basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs), and database query languages (SQL).
• Scripting: Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for task automation and log parsing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
