Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software, or Mechatronics.
• At least 6 years of practical experience in industrial automation, with expertise in control systems and instruments.
• Strong technical background with the ability to act as a consultant and advisor to clients.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, persistent with a friendly personality and empathy.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets; high performer in some areas.
• Ability to work under uncertainty, develop multiple strategies, and implement them concurrently.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and targets under pressure.
