Job summary

Triol Corporation is seeking a Production Manager for its new Muscat facility. The role involves hands-on leadership of a compact team and a small assembly site, coordinating production, logistics, and facility management on-site in Rusayl, Seeb, Oman.

Ideal candidates have an Engineering degree, 5+ years in operations or production management, and proven ability to lead up to 30 staff while maintaining strong client and partner relationships. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree.
• 5+ years of operational, facility or production management experience in an industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience leading teams of up to 30 people and managing facility infrastructure.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Experience in production start-up, process development, or scaling up manufacturing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency and achievement of targets.
• Coordinate daily assembly and production schedules on site, supervising local staff.
• Keep all technical and operational documentation organized and up to date.
• Oversee site infrastructure, manage contracts with local utility providers, and arrange maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with HSE, electrical safety, and fire safety regulations, and liaise with local authorities/audits.
• Manage local warehouse operations and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with logistics providers.
